Drone Vision: Lahore, Nicosia, Gothenburg: Participating artists from Nicosia, Lahore and Gothenburg

The seminar is a part of a two-day seminar event in collaboration with the Gothenburg Art Museum and the City Library. The exhibition Drone Vision: Warfare, Surveillance, Protest opened at the same time in the three cities Gothenburg, Nicosia and Lahore. For each location artists have been commissioned to create new artwork that relate drone technologies to the specific geopolitical context. During the first day the artists will present their works in conversation with the curators from the partner galleries NiMAC (the Nicosia Municipal Arts Centre associated with the Perides Foundation) in Nicosia, Cyprus and the Zahoor Ul Akhlaq Gallery, National College of Arts in Lahore, Pakistan.
