Book a school tour of our exhibitions at Hasselblad Center.
During the screenings, we place emphasis on promoting visual reading. Images can convey opinions, emotions and document personal, political and historical events that affect our opinions and behaviors. Visual reading is a tool in critically reviewing the visual impressions that we encounter every day through different media.
For each exhibition we also offer educational material with discussion questions and photographic exercises that can be used by teachers before, during and after a visit to our exhibitions. The material is designed so that school classes that cannot visit our exhibition hall are able to use the material in their own classroom setting. You can find our educational material and information about our different museum lessons here.
The screenings are free for schools within the Municipality of Gothenburg and cost SEK 350 for primary schools and university preparatory schools in the rest of the country.
